Even if we win tomorrow, I would still go all out next week and try for the #2 seed.

Detroit is the only team that made the playoffs with a Philadelphia loss, I think. Dallas is still not in.

The Cowboys are definitely not in yet but a win tomorrow and they're the division champs. Tomorrows game is huge!

Win tomorrow, then you can rest guys NEXT week. If anything, you go after a win tomorrow even harder, if that is even possible.

True, but a seed isn't as important as getting Murray, Martin, and Free healthy and possibly giving Romo's balky back another "bye."

Why risk losing them for the playoffs... I know we're not in the playoffs yet. but they will be gimpy tomorrow. 2 weeks rest will help them.

Murray's injury can not get any worse, the issue is with pain. How will that affect him.

You do realize they have a shot at a 1st round bye?

Good point- in fact, Dallas is the number 1 seed if they finish 12-4, the Cardinals lose out, and the NFC North winner is Green Bay or an 11-5 Lions team.

Anyone who wants to sit Murray and Martin if they're capable of playing doesn't realize a lot of things.

I'm pretty much betting that the flex game for next week will be GB - DET.

Hell no. If we somehow win tomorrow, Romo needs to rest. Murray too.

They maybe out of race for a bye by then. But if not, there is no way in hell any team would not play for that.
A shot at going straight to the second round in the playoffs and still playing at home!

But if if it's not an option, then yes, you'd then rest Romo.

That is not entirely true. A good wallop on it and you could definitely displace the hardware that is holding his metacarpal bone together.

I am most worried about him in pass blocking or it he lands on his hand when being tackled.

Hopefully we get to see a fair bit of Randle tomorrow and let him carry some of the load. Randle has looked really, really good this year when given the chance to run. He has moves and burst that Murray now lacks although he does not have the same kind of power.

I'll just agree to disagree......I believe if we have a shot at a bye, we should take it.

Yes...but....Dallas can essentially turn week 17 into a bye by resting starters, too (assuming they win tomorrow). There's two sides to this.
