If Andy Reid gets Canned

Hes only been a head coach though for a little more than a decade. Since 1999.

It took Landry 12 years, for the record.

Only 12,years ? How many coaches in todays NFL get 12,years to win a superbowl?

Landry built a expansion team from the ground up major difference than what Reid has done

Again 12 years no superbowl win is a major fail sorry it is.

But heck I hope he is around another 12 years they wont win anything if he is.

And Landry did it without a draft to start with; a team populated with the cast-offs of other teams.

Andy has had decent drafts, a stable quarterback, and free agency each year he's been a head coach. He couldn't sniff Landry's consecutive winning season mark.

And from his 5th year on the Cowboys were in the playoffs every year until they did win a SB. AND they were doing this during the years of the Lombardi Packers and some other top teams like Minnesota, Cleveland, Baltimore (Before they went to the AFC)while for the first 4 years of Reids time his division had us who were going downhill and really nobody else that had much.
It is no cooincidence that the only SB they went to came before the Giants and Us got good.

If Andy Reid gets canned, do you think they would go after Rob Ryan. You got the obvious Ryan history. I would hate to see a one and done with him in Dallas.

Nope. No way. There are much more attractive candidates out there. And when I say attractive, I do mean better qualified, and far less controversial than Rob Ryan.

In Philly they won't want a test, an experiment or nostalgia- they will want results.

Rob is a year, or two away from getting his shot and much depends on his time in Dallas. I wouldn't be getting a case of the jitters worrying about losing Rob for a while yet.

Are you talking championships or super bowls? Remember, Landry started from scratch.

I don't see him as a head coach anywhere. If the Eagles take him for their's, more power to them.

Imo,i don't think Ryan will leave here anytime soon,i think he is happy in Dallas and wants to be here to win a SB and i think leaving here before he does will cut into his ego and we all know the Ryans have HUGH EGO'S.

If the Eagles somehow rally, he stays..and he may stay anyway. It depends.

They will fire Castillo and give Andy another year.

Don't think Ryan has shined enough this year to get any juicy offers in the offseason.

Philly probably can't get better than Reid.

That's what im saying.

Please fire Reid.

He is the perfect coach for that system too.

If they fire Andy Reid I would be all over that if I were the Colts.

This offseason his front office went all out to get all the talent they could.

And he still failed.

Landry was playing with guys off the street.

I think he was close to leaving when son got busted for drugs.

I dont think its IF he gets Canned. I think its when.

Although I think they will let him resign instead.

Tampa would be a nice landing spot for Reid.

Again, I just don't see why he'd get fired after one below average season.

Reid is in his 13th season and obviously isn't winning it this year. I don't see him winning it anytime soon in Philly. They don't have a good enough QB. How long is too long?

Because at the end of the day the fans will call the shots.

You think Jerry wanted to fire Wade? Especially mid-season?

I think that's the more likely scenario. Reid has been too good for too long to get canned after one year like this.

Don't know if that's a fair comparison. Wade didn't have the skins on the wall like Reid has.

I couldn't care less, but the odds of him losing his job are small in my opinion.
