they're good, but even a guy like devin hester needed good blocks to be where he is at now... imagine him going to another team with a whacky ST, he wouldn't be where he is now.

I think we still will look to take a WR on the second day and the only thing holding Austin on the team was his ST play, with those new players we got we probably will not hold Austin.

no, we need to cut terry glenn, the dude obviously isn't going to come back from that injury. austin has speed, sam hurd got heart, stanback is getting up there...

If we draft a receiver, that'll bring the total to 7. Assuming we keep 5, I think Hurd would be the firat to get cut and whether or not Austin makes the team will depend largely on Glenn.

I hope Austin gets one more year to prove himself. I realize he had a bad case of the drops last year, but I'm hoping that was more of a case of the nerves than anything else. On the plus side, he's shown the ability to get open. It's rare to see such a young receiver get that much separation.
