If Claiborne returns, should he replace Carr?

If Claiborne makes his return vs. Philadelphia, do you think he should replace Carr against two receiver sets? I can't imagine Scandrick coming off the field instead of Carr.

Which receiver are you comfortable with Carr matching up with?

why would you think a guy who was average BEFORE he got hurt....can come back after being out 6 weeks and be ready to replace Carr? Mo will have to be worked in. But he was NOT a starter based on ability BEFORE he got hurt...and he definitely will not be one after missing so much time.

I'm sorry, Claiborne is worse than Carr?

I must've missed the game where Claiborne was matched up with a receiver and broke a record for yards allowed against in regulation. Carr was on pace to allow another 300 yard receiving day against Garçon. Doesn't take much to be better than Carr at this point. By no means is Claiborne an all pro, but you don't have to be an all pro to not get beat like Carr has been.

Claiborne wouldn't replace Carr. More than likely, he'll push Moore a bit...and def bump BW Webb back to just ST.

Scandrick has the speed and attitude to cover D Jackson all day. Carr has had trouble with big receivers all season but I think he'll be better this coming Sunday than yesterday. Claiborne is third on the chart, and I hope he turns a corner next season, or we'll be looking for some corners to go with Scan. It's our LB's that are really gonna have their hands full with McCoy and their TE's. Hopefully Lee and Carter can hold up and make it through the whole game. What's the word on Wilber? And the Dline must figure out how to get some pressure on Foles again.

Carr was very sick yesterday. He took IV's before the game. You could clearly see it during the game how much he was dragging. Garcon would not have had the day he did had Carr been completely healthy. Carr has struggled this year, but yesterday being sick made things even worse for him.

He will be fine for the Eagles game. If Caliborne can play, he will be the nickel back with Moore likely the 4th DB.

Carr on cooper, scandrick on jackson.

If Carr plays Desean he will get torched again.

Carr more than handled DeSean earlier this season. In fact, Carr is one of the CBs Jackson struggles against the most. Claiborne should be used as the 3rd CB and allow Scandrick the flexibility to play inside when the matchup dictates it.

Getting Claiborne back would be a nice boost for the secondary.

Carr handled Garcon the first game too, but got torched yesterday. He is not playing the same as he was.

If Carr was sick yesterday, then I give him a pass.

No way inthe world would I bench Carr now going into the final reg season game.. Win or Lose, Carr has too earn that big paycheck he's getting and the last thing I want from another Big $$$ player is to go Jay Ratliff on us when we need him the most.

Quite a reactionary crowd we have today. Carr was clearly out of it health-wise yesterday, but I expect that he'll be 100% by next Sunday. He should match up well against Cooper.

For DJax, I think it's important not only to have a CB that can cover him, but also one that can get into his head a bit. I think Scandrick is that only one who could do that.

For the other CBs... Moore > Claiborne >>> BW

Having Claiborne to match up on a 3rd receiver makes this team better. Spelling either 39 or 26 also lets our backs rest when the no huddle is in effect.
