By firing their HC now to give life and spark the team.

Tough decision made by Panthers owner over a former SB coach and NFL coach of the year.

But as owner you’re always looking for that spark once you sense the coaches fate after the season.

Garrett is family to Jerry, and he doesn't complain about Jerry's antics.

Jerry is desperately looking for a reason to extend Garrett.

However, I think Garrett wants to leave at this point. He's basically interviewing for the Giants job right now.
