If Dallas beats Rams, it will be because of the defense

The Cowboys have had one win (Jax 40-7) where it could be said we dominated an opponent, and one loss (Colts 23-0) where it could be said we were dominated. Other than those, most of our games were reasonably close.

If we might consider the aforementioned Colts loss to have been more anomaly than trend, then we’ve otherwise managed to win the rest of our games since being 3-5 and coming off back-to-back losses.

Having beaten a very good Saints team, holding an elite QB whose offense had been previously averaging 37ppg to 10 points, we know that the Cowboys are capable of playing with anyone.

IMHO, it will be a fairly close game vs the Rams, and the Cowboys will find a way to win.
 
They need to keep it close. Dak has usually played poorly when trailing by a significant deficit.

When trailing by 10 or more...

Sure let's play, we lack the HC, OC, o-line, the TE, the WR's (for this game with injury), the QB. So please continue the rhetoric about how it is only the QB.... It is a Ray Charles(dead and blind point of view)

Shootout ya we don't want that type of game as the man with no name won't be able to keep up with those dink and dunk passes.....

Yeah Dallas should be throwing 40 yard passes every play right? That makes a whole hell of a lot of sense. You do get most of the checks downs come as a result of not having some one open down field or because pressure is beiing applied to get the ball out quicker.so Dak will then look to check down as all QB do. Try watching other games, majority of passes around the NFL are not deep balls

And not one single fan is calling for 40 yard passes every time for any team. And we are all aware of pressure and a guy not being open. Problem with our team that some people are able to see is receivers are wide open, ball is just delivered late or not at all. Our high sack rate is MOSTLY because of poor reads. Pass game and overall TDs scored are mostly affected by this single problem.

No but it is claimed every pass he throws is some check down which is complete BS. Dak at time will not see an open man or is late on a throw but it is not every throw nor is it every play. I have said many time Dak must continue to work and develop but this constant, oh he checked down is a load of BS by people who have no clue as to what the hell they are talking about.

Apparently the trolls have a new requirement that Dak needs to pass deep on every play. Started with 200 yards, went to 300 yards, couldn't win games etc. Add this to the list of "moving the goal post"
