If Diggs doesn't go down, do you think the season would have gone differently?

Surely he could have helped stop the bleeding against the Packers.
Where does Bland play? Nickle corner?
Not sure the impact would be huge, but who knows

I think the run defense was usually the issue for the D in our losses.

I will say that since he got paid he had no problem sticking his head in there and making a tackle in the run game. But I don’t think so. We would have not seen Bland break a record. We simply played to much zone to early and had no game plan or fire..

Jay I appreciate your positivity brother. But honestly I can’t see what you’re seeing. Diggs would not have been able to stop the run game that gashed this team by all the teams we lost to this year.
Diggs helps the run defense because he allows them to play more single-high and commit more defenders to the box. They were running dime against 12 personnel with 2-high because they are so scared of getting beat over top.

33 and 14 have bad eyes, but it's made worse by the fact that they have to cover multiple gaps because they have 7 box defenders against 8 blockers.

This is 100% a product of Dallas not trusting the coverage units, and it was the same thing they did against Buffalo.

The run defense is a product of poor coverage players. That's it and that's all. It's got nothing to do with size.

You could take the SB winning recent Chiefs, and have them all switch places with Dallas. Everything from staff to players all shift. The only ones who don't are the owners.

The same result would happen because nobody can get it done in Dallas. It's too big, too distracting, and too Hollywood.

Diggs would have definitely changed the Defense for the better. I still believe defending the run would have been our handicap though.

Diggs wouldn't have matter unless he can override the Soft zone coverage on defense and switch to man

The simple fact we run a lackluster 12 personnel with a inconsistent running game who can't gain yards up the middle on early downs

Diggs wouldn’t have made a big difference. He had his problems in coverage and our biggest issues were on the DL, at LB and stopping the run.
