We should keep the ENTIRE staff. Campo, Paul P, Joe D...we need to trust Jerry on this.

We should also resign Spencer, Spears, and give Ball another year.

This team can get hungry, I would also keep Barber and give Brooking another year. Buehler needs another year to gain confidence too.

A new coach doesn't mean that guys who suck won't suck next year.

I actually agree that Spencer and Spears should be back, and even Ball as a backup at corner and safety...but the middle of the defense will still need to be totally revamped.

THREAD FAIL.......I mean...you aren't serious: KEEP Campo and Ball?

I can't help but cheer for him to succeed and love his coaching presence. But if he succeeds then the bad news is Jerry stays GM!

No...No...(seriously?)No....No...No....No.

If you got confidence he'll be the permanent head coach I just saw a sportsbook layin' odds on it.

These are the odds.

Garrett will be our Head Coach for years to come.

He will change some coaching members on his staff.
He will dump some of the players that arent worth spit.

You keep the players because you can always cut them next season and not miss a beat. You fire the coaches that Garrett doesn't want (if he is the next head coach).

The key now is to see what players will play their tail off and which ones don't really care and just don't get it.

Ball isn't one of those players. We keep saying we should cut him, but before this year he was a nice, valuable backup who could play CB and S in a pinch and was excellent on ST. There's excellent value in those types of players and getting rid of them is usually a very bad move because they don't grow on trees.

But Ball's play this year has nothing to do with a lack of production. And perhaps a different scheme and a year as a starter under his belt will do him some good. You never know. But you can always cut him after next year's preseason. Cutting him in the offseason would be just plain dumb.

Get rid of Campo, Coach P, Wade Wilson, and Houck from coaching staff. Get rid of Barber, Davis, Columbo. Move Ball back to CB.

A good secondary coach and offensive line coach will do wonders. Campo and Houck are neither.

If you listen to Garrett it's pretty obvious he likes the coaching staff. I don't forsee any changes.
