Let's just say both the Giants & Jets finnished the season with the best records in the NFC/AFC. How would they work that? Both team share the same home so how would they be able to host games the same day? I guess they would have to have one game on Saturday?

That would be interesting if it ever happened. I think they would have to put a game on Saturday. Only other thing I can think of.

There was one year recently where such a scenario was reasonably within the bounds of possibility and I remember the league saying that if it came to it, they would put one of the CCG's on Saturday night and the other Sunday evening. Doing that would be tough but possible. Having both in the same day would be impossible.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the NFL moved to that format someday anyway, or had one game Sunday evening and the other one Monday.
