If Glenn can't go, Crayton looked good in DC

Crayton played his best game of the season in DC. He's got the best hands on the team. He caught that nice 48 yarder then the stop and go route that drew the penalty on Springs at the 10 was great.

And Parcell's has always said, Crayton plays well when he gets the practice reps. With Glenn's injury, he probably got those reps. I expect a big game out of Patrick.:)

Crayton doesnt play that position. Hurd will replace Glenn.

They're different receivers, which is the only thing that worries me. If TO can't catch that go route, which is a ball TG will never drop in his life, the Cowboys have no deep threat.

Crayton has some of the best hands I've ever seen in my life, though. I'll never forget that catch he made in OT against the Giants last year. Stretching across his body, he makes a crucial grab to keep the drive alive AND badly injures his ankle... the dude hung on though. That play earned my respect for the rest of his career, whatever he does.

A: Those things arent updated on a regular basis.
B: If you look at certain teams and/or rosters there are players that arent even on the team, or players that are on IR and the team has brought in another guy at the position.

But...

Crayton looked great in DC. He had sure hands. Most of the time ran pretty good routes and had the DBs guessing, and made the plays he needed to make.

Swap your A: for my A:

That chart IS updated. Has Glenn listed as injured and has Hoyte in their at FB and Kincade as 3rd RB.

Yes it is accurate as far as injuries, but not as far as depth.

Here is a perfect example (First try, BTW): http://www.nfl.com/teams/depthcharts/NYG

We all know Toomer is out for the season. He shouldnt even be listed as a potential WR. Not only is he listed as the #1, Tyree is listed as the back-up when it is reported by Carter himself that he will be the replacement.

OK so tell me where our depth chart is wrong?

Parcells said in his PC that Crayton will stay his normal position. We'll see probably Hurd if TG can't go.

Yep this is exactly right. Parcells has said this repeatedly in his press conference that hurd would replace glenn. Austin would replace crayton if need be.

I would just add that what Parcells says about who is playing where probably supercedes any depth chart list on the Internet.

According to Dallas depth cart Crayton is the backup to Glenn. However if Glenn can't go I would expect to see Hurd, Crayton and Green or Austin coming in and out of the game at the WR position
