And SF is absolutely in love with the kid, what are the chances we swap spots, drop down to 7 still manage to snag Jack or Hargreaves there and also snag their #37, if we gave them our 3rd or 4th? Then we could package our 2 early 2nd rounders to move up to around the early 20s and grab Zeke! This would be my dream scenario. Only prob would then be ignoring DT for the first 3 rounds in that scenario, if we had to give up our 3rd and I hate that. We need to go all in on Mebane or Wilkerson in FA next month I think. I think the Gregory debacle forces our hand now to resign Hardy and McClain on the cheap....we roll out something like this on D if we do nothing else...

DE - Hardy
DT - Mebane
DT - Crawford
DE - D Law

SOLB - Lee
MLB - McClain
WOLB - Jack

CB - O Scan
FS - B Jones
SS - Church
CB - Carr (if paycut) or Mo (back cheap)

And then on Off we have our featured RB for the next 6-8 years. I don't think he's quite as dynamic as Gurley but he's not far behind...

I'm okay trading down with SF if they want Goff, assuming we have Lynch rated more or less the same

I wouldn't give up goff and another pick in this scenario. If sf wants to give up #7 and #37 then I listen. No way I'm giving up additional mid round picks though, not in this draft.

It's already been reported that the rams recent player cuts was to make room to keep both of them.

It doesn't matter if they want them or not, if they want to explore options I believe they'd rather want to play in Dallas rather than the Rams. Every players is willing to put a star on their helmet

Not if the team is now in LA.

as a few other posters have been saying for awhile, i have a feeling Lynch is the QB that is being targeted. We will have him ranked differently then other teams.

Haha it's still the sorry *** Rams with not a very good shot in even winning their division in years to come unless they get a legitimate quarterback. They are loaded but no qb

If Goff is there at #4 we should run up to the podium as quick as possible and hand in the slip with his name on it.

Not me, I see who is willing to overpay for Goff. Teams go crazy when that player is wanted badly. You could have Rams give up their 1st and 2nd and next years 1st for Goff. You have to see what's available before picking.

Its so surprising to me that people are down on Goff for no apparent reason,he is the best in this draft at actually reading the defense and going through progressions even though he had a subpar Oline.I would be so pissed if we passed on Goff and the niners pick him up and start another dynasty.

Yet the rams have won more recently then we have. That Star doesn't mean what it used to mean. Rams can give them the contract they want, they are now in a very desirable city to live, and it's not like our QB situation is any more stable then theirs. So why leave for a situation that is not really any better then what they already play in?

Haha we have tony romo. They have nobody. Romo gets hurt and his career is suddenly over. People are ridiculous

Trading down for a certain RB named Elliot sounds like a win-win, Jack isn't bad but only because of once upon a HOMER PICK Dexter Coakley, and having a chance to get a QB after the Trade is optimal.

Romo gets hurt and Kellen Moore comes in the game. and accord to your latest mock we didn't sign anyone to upgrade the backup QB situation nor did u draft a realistic option. So why would either one come here if they can stay on a stacked team, stay in a city like LA that is such a huge attraction for young male athletes that just got their pay day, and get the same pay they would on the open market? Not to mention Rams have the money to sign a starter quality QB.

im all for poaching the Rams and taking one of their CB's but saying just out and sign one because we them Boys like your playing Franchise mode on Madden is not realistic at all.

I'm not saying we can get him just because we are the Cowboys. 75% of nfl players say they dream to play for Cowboys. It's the Rams or Cowboys they are probably picking Dallas if the contract is similar.
