Supposing no Safeties have been picked, and whomever we had targeted at any other position is gone by then, who do you take with the 16th pick?

"Experts" have us drafting Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, but I'd be probably a little more inclined at picking Calvin Pryor. I like his presence as a big-time hitter and his instincts are more impressive for me thus far. I'd love to check out these two at the combine, but lately I've been loving to get a safety.

I tend to lean a little to Clinton Dix I guess main reason is I think he has learned from better coaches. Measurement are close.
Myself I would not mind seeing a situation were we get DL in rd 1 and Safety Ed Reynolds in the 2nd

I like Pryor and Dix. Pryor seems to be a hard hitter and has a knack for the ball. But Dix has been great for a few years.

I don't know but if we end up picking Ha Ha and we draft Michael Sam too, just make sure we add the "Clinton" to Ha Ha's jersey.

HahahahahahahaI'llseemyselfout.

I don't know that I want to draft a safety at 16 but it wouldn't be the worst thing we could do. Imagine the popping going on in the secondary if Pryor and Church teamed up. Wooo weeee

trade down

Dix is really hard to get a handle on.

Just when you think you've got him, he goes soft on you.

He's raw and a bit hard to swallow.

He tends to lead with the head.

He fails to wrap up, leading to disastrous consequences.

He takes bad angles, sometimes ending up in the back-end.

He likes to roam, but he's much better "in-the-box."

He's been called experienced, but his lack of form often leads to inconsistent results.

Once someone gets ahold of Dix he can cause quite a spill.

At least he's bigger than average.

Both of them would have been top 10 picks in last years draft.. I would be happy with either of them.. Jernigan is my favorite DL so he would be my first option
