If Jonathan Mingo makes the 53-man roster

If mingo make this team I will throw up.

Lamb
Pickens
Flournoy
Turpin
Brown

That's about as good as it will potentially get without the FO doing something completely stupid.

Mingo can do more things than Turpin.

Mingo has always been known as a decent blocker, but he sucks at what's needed most from him and that is catching making plays in the regular season, which he hasn't done.

He sucked at Carolina and hasn't done squat since college. If blocking and never giving up on run down plays is his specialty, then put him on ST.

I want

Lamb
Pickens
Fluornoy
Turpin
A.Smith
C.Brown

Mingo has not showed up for two seasons and now he has competition and he's trying to survive. I don't trust him showing up during the regular season. Go with the younger guys.

The things about a 5th receiver is they're almost never active on game day.

Valdez-Scatling is gone. Mingo probably is, too, unless....is Turpin safe?

The Cowboys had five active receivers in 13 of 17 games.

The only games where we went with four is when there were injuries and they couldn’t call someone up quick enough (panthers, chiefs, lions, raiders)

WR5 is technically a receiver on game day but they play more special teams snaps than offensive snaps.

And Turpin is an absolute lock for WR4. He, Lamb, Pickens and Fluornoy didn’t play a snap against the Seahawks.
