We need someone who breaks the RKG mold. The Dallas locker room is soft and lacks character diversity.

Practically everyone is the same. Working hard, grinding, trying to get better, process, blah blah blah.

I've been saying this for a few years now. The personality of the team has become so stale. What do you expect when you make decisions like taking a flyer on RKG mcsurdy instead of burfict.

The debacle with Pacman Jones and Tank Johnson scarred them without question.

Maybe Hernandez can beat his murder case and we can sign him.

Why all the hate on Martin? This was a guy who was respected by his teammates at Stanford and was a multiple year starter. Incognito has a lot of red flags in his career with regards to his relationship with his teammates.

For the record, I'm not sold on Martin from a technnical standpoint. I'm not sure he has the talent to play his position at the level we'd like in this league, but the label of him being "mentally soft" may not be fair.

I thought Incognito was one of the better LGs in the league. He's also relatively young. Martin, on the other hand, I remember having an unspectacular rookie year. I don't know if Martin would be that much of an upgrade over Free, and the Dolphins might ask for a lot. Incognito I think would be a major upgrade over Leary and we could get him for cheap.
