John Mara will have to eat 3 years of shurmurs contract and then buy up rhule's years at baylor then pay him at least 3 to 5 years.

he has a winning RS record, won divisions, and won a few playoff games.. hes no worse then a Rivera, lewis ,or other retread available for hire right at the moment..in fact really if you simply look back since 2016 hes got the best resume for recent success..

He went to high school in Cleveland, he had a ton of family there when the Cowboys played there in 2016.

the Giants have taken a retread in Coughlin and had huge success, so he could end up there.

I’m guessing he could end up being an assistant with Saban, since they have a good relationship. If McDaniels leaves NE, I could see BB hiring him as OC.

he’ll find a job, he’s won 85 games as a head coach. No matter how bad you think he is, that’s the way coaching works. Guys always get a 2nd chance.
