If Parcells leaves are we hosed into only looking at offensive coordinators since we now have so much invested in the 3-4. Maybe we would have been just as good in the 4-3 with some added talent, who knows. It may not have been such a wise move if we had know Parcells was only going to be here one more year.

To call Jimmy Johnson just a offensive cordinator is insulting to him. :D

Or we could find a DC who likes the 3-4....

What's his name from Virginia Tech? Their DC is one of the best in college football and they run a lot of 3-4.

Parcells wont retire though, so its a moot point

MUst be thinking of someone else then, I could have sworn he ran some 3-4

You're thinking of UVA, that's where Canty went to school. They play a 3-4

With are lb's nothing we be set at 4-3

Ware played DE in college and played with his hand down a lot this season no lose there then we have ferguson glover spears rotate dt

Canty ware ellis de heck we be better with those than with the current lb core we try to employ in the 3-4

I guess I'm the only one, but I think Sean Payton would be one heck of a head coach. He reminds me of Jon Gruden.
