If Philly has Division locked up will they rest starters?

No way will they sit players. There isn't a chance of that and frankly I wouldn't want them to. If we're going to get in then we need to get in on the merit of beating them with their team out there.

It could happen, only if they have nothing to play for the last week, kind of what happened with Cowboys at Commanders on the final day of the season in 2007, the cowboys had nothing to play for and the Commanders were fighting for a playoff spot, we lost by a wide margin.
For that to happen the eagles must win vs 49ers and Broncos and the Cowboys lose one of their next two along with some sort of tie breaker with the Cardinals which it would be a little complicated for me to explain.
