I know he has been to the pros, thus Jason's love affair with Nick. Why did he fail? Too much of a taskmaster? You would think another championship would possibly make him want to move on to other challenges. The Cowboys being the big house that it is just might be very tempting to him to be the one to turn around Americas Team.

In college, you pretty much get to dictate your own talent. Not so much in the pros, or at least not to the same extent. That's a big part of why so many great college coaches don't make it in the pros these days.
