Jerry had an opportunity to hit the reset button but chose instead to double down when he signed Dak to an absurd contract a week before the season. This franchise is screwed for the foreseeable future. We will have a great WR, A great DE, and a decent QB, but no roster depth. The teams ceiling is 8-9 wins.

You won't get any argument from me. Just last week he explained the Philly season as how much they spent in free agency and went on to claim he keeps up with every teams spending against how well they do with what they spend.

There is really nothing to discuss regarding players, coaches, etc until the owner of this team is gone. Discussing any of that just seems like a waste of time to me. Even the owner stepping aside and hiring what we like to call "a real GM" doesn't work. There will still be meddling and manipulation from the owner. Until that day comes you get to decide if you're following the team for football purposes, entertainment purposes or if you just like a good circus rolling through your football life each year. Unfortunate but truthful.

I do think there is some truth to some of this. It takes some pretty drastic stuff for JJ to get the memo. When the Rangers won the World Series and held a parade right down the street, then, and only then did we see Jimmy Johnson go into the Ring of Honor. As much as I'd hate to see Washington win a championship in a 1 year turn around.. maybe that's what's needed to wake Jerry Jones up.

At this point in his life Jerry may not have three years left. I'm not saying that to be mean, but in the amazement that Jerry won't go all out one last time and get out of the way. We could even somewhat forgive him if he would do that, but he won't.
