I'm not waiting until 39 for my first pick. So I tell the Bears I have another offer and I want picks/players this year and they need to sweeten the deal. If they balk, happily take the Denver deal. That deal is a perfect deal for the Cowboys. Perfect!

The Broncos offer feels like an easy call in this scenario, but I would take the Bears offer as next year's draft should be better and we aren't contending with this roster. I think Dallas could get a solid starter at 39 as well.

Yep. I trade down and am picking the best DT, WR, RB or CB available because I don't believe there are any elite candidates left. I do believe that this draft, though, pretty deep into the second round, so that extra second-rounder could be quite important. We stand a decent chance of finding our No. 2 receiver or No. 1 running back or No. 3 corner or rotational NT or 3-tech with pick 50.
