If the Pats win this week, what do you guys think their chances of going undefeated the rest of the way are? Personally i think they will beat the Colts, other than Pittsburgh later down the road, i dont see them losing to anyone, and dont say maybe the Giants, Bellichick will easily confuse and rattle Eli.

who cares?the lombardi is already in bradys hands.kinda takes the fun outta this year.

the zone has become the Patriotszone lately it seems :(

Pittsburgh, NYG and Baltimore might have an outside shot at beating them if all the stars aligned for them. It is more likely they will lose in the playoffs then the regular season to me.

i thought someone said that NE isn't a young team, and they will wear down/get tired going into the stretch.

Unless they get hit with some bad injuries to a couple key people on their offense-- then yeah. It's the Pat's year.

Giants Pats is the last game of the year. By then, the Pats will ahve everything wrapped up.

Giants will be fighting for a playoff birth.

Giants will be playing NE scrubs.

i thought of mentioning Baltimore, but they have no offense whatsoever, infact their offense is worse than the skins. for Baltimore to beat the Pats it would have to be a 17-14 game, and thats not gonna happen, take it from someone who follows the Ravens pretty closely.

thats fair to say, but the way Bellichick and Co are running up the scores on teams, i doubt he will sit the starters and let a prestigous title of 16-0 fall by the waste side. that wouldnt be Bellichick style.

And they will still lose.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pittsburgh beat them in the regualr season only to be humiliatingly gang raped by them in the playoffs. That's kinda how it goes for Pittsburgh with the Pats.

:signmast:

My thoughts exactly. The way they have played all 60 minutes of every game, there is no reason for me to think they let this go if 16-0 is in sight.

I'd love to get a crack at them in the Super Bowl this year.

Think about it.... with cheatriotgate in every fans mind, and a team that has dominated this decade, we would be the underdog. Fans love underdogs.

For as long as I can remember, NFL fans have despised the boys for being so successful. "Anything but a Cowboys victory", they would say. That wasn't always the case. For example, when we went from 1-13 to a Super Bowl victory in just two years. There were so many fans on our bandwagon, you could feel the collective energy just empowering the Cowboys on to the inevitable.

Boy I'd sure like to have that momentum going into a rematch againt the less than popular Patriots.

Rematch baby. Rematch!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :patriots: :patriots:

a foul weather game is the only place that NE would be vulnerable IMO.

The only team left with a shot "on paper" is Pittsburgh but their suspect showing at Invesco does'nt inspire confidence in the future. And New England gets them at home. If they don't survive the initial onslaught, then their vaunted running game goes out the window.

Judging by the absolute demolition of the [best defense they've faced this year] Washington Commanders, i would'nt place too much faith in "offensively challenged" Baltimore being anything more than a speed bump. Only offense will score you the Lombardi this year, much like the 2006 Colts. The old school "ball control-keep it close-win with a field goal-ride the defense into the ground" ballyhoo has been remanded to the scrap heap with good riddance. Teams which are deficient on offense won't keep pace and will be rendered one-dimensional as a result.
