If the playoffs started today, Dallas would sneak in as the sixth seed.

Obviously, the playoffs don't start today. I only mention this because the two teams immediately behind Dallas in the standings--Tampa Bay and Green Bay--have both lost to the Cowboys, giving them a very important tie breaker in the NFC wild card race (assuming the NFC standings remain somewhat consistent).

Losing to the Rams has seriously hindered Dallas' chances of winning the NFC East. Losing to the Bucs would've hindered any opportunity at even making the postseason.

And..... If they started BJ over Brooks there would be a riot!!!

I am sure no NFC West or North winner would want to face us in the first round.

Provided Dallas is healthy, I agree completely. In my opinion, Dallas would have little problem playing at Arizona, Tampa Bay, Carolina, or even Chicago or Green Bay. In fact, given that Romo has been more successful on the road than at home, the Cowboys may prefer playing away.

..........then #81's slogan would ring true. We'd be in the stands getting our popcorn ready.
