The salary cap was instituted for the 1994 season. The only real effect it had on Dallas' Super Bowl rosters was it's 1995 team and that was really very negligible.

I've been saying Atogwe ever since week 17!!..If there is any way to bring him in, I think we should do it. He's 26 and a total ball hawk..exactly what we need at that position. Bart Scott and Atogwe are all I want in FA!
