We all know the problems about our OL and DL. Things we've been crying about for years. Maybe, just maybe, this season will bring home to Jerry the dire need we have as a team moving forward. The reason good teams are good starts in the trenches as it always has.

We need to make moves in FA to bring in capable veteran linemen, and trade down for more picks and find some good rookie linemen, two being better than one. And we need to separate the HC job from his OC and DC.

It kills me to watch this team wallow in mediocrity year after year. I've had it. It seems I have more pride in this team than the ones who are running it. If it takes a 6-10 record to serve as a wakeup call, then I hope that's where we finish. I'm still a fan, but now I'm a disgruntled fan.

If I'm gonna be honest, unless there is some official reports of ownership change, then it's all an exercise in futility anyway.

Every option offered here from coaching change to draft strategy of fix the OL vs. fix the secondary this year is Groundhog day all over again.

47 yrs old and became a fan in '75 and don't have any other real sports teams that I support either college or pro and this wash, rinse and repeat cycle that we are on is soooooo depressing at times but hey, at least we do have some good history to lean on I guess.

Oh well, if we all made it thru that '89 1-15 fiasco, what's another 20 years of 8-8? How 'bout dem er.... Cryboyz. Uggggggh
