This is illegal for the nfl to be acting as the judicial system. The nfl is not a judge or jury, but sure like playing executioner. Its unconstitutional and that's the top priority the nfl is NOT a moral institution, if it was, it would have to not only end the game of football, but stop taking money from immoral sponsors of immoral products, and stop pushing other immortal agendas as they do constantly. The constitution says any law made that isn't constitutional is unlawful. If tyreek hill is to be punished, it should be by the judiciary system alone. :) otherwise, its just anarchy. If you want to discuss the standards of morality, we will need to enter another section of the forum, and ill tell you what that standard is. :)

This post is entirely inaccurate.

You were talking about the Constitution in regards to what private businesses can do. That's not how it works. The Constitution is a restriction on government. The NFL has every legal right. The NFL does not make laws. They have policies.
the constitution does restrict govt, which obviously doesn't work anymore, but it also tells govt what its are, and what God given rights are for the human being. Policies and laws are just semantics. The nfl is a violation of anti trust laws, but since politicians and law makers love the nfl , and they are all buddies( crony capitalism) they refuse to bust the nfl. This is what happens when power and money corrupts. The owners couldn't even pass their own standards if applied to them. Everything the nfl does is illegal according to the point, they are illegal based on anti trust laws. Also, the players bargained in good faith about discipline thinking it was on football matters , only to have the nfl decide it would be on all matters. This is the kind of actions you see in Russia, war world two get many, China right now. The packers are also a publically owned team, which puts the nfl in two different categories. As far as the 6 years this policy has existed, if its wrong, it needs to be changed, even if this policy was 100 years old. Companies, everywhere are stepping on ppls. Rights these days, and Americans are sacrificing rights without realizing the end results. Just like the players union got played by the nfl. Ultimately, the standard by which the nfl disciplines, is faulty, inconsistent, and arbitrary. But ppl. That don't see or care , go along with whatever system requires of them. :) this just opens the door for injustice on all levels while educating Americans to go along with the program.

Another arbitrary argument from you. You need to go take a class on logic and reasoning or I can give u names of guys to go listen to on YouTube so you can understand how to use formal and informal logic. Try 1st. Jason lisle on logic, then when u listen to that lecture come back and ill give you names of 4 others that are really good in this field. :)

What’s more sad is that I GAURANTEE YOU if Hill was on the Cowboys 80% of this message board would be claiming Hill’s innocence and saying his GF/wife was nothing but a money hungry tramp, lol.
Many accusations have a basis in truth but rarely are they the total truth. I don't know Hill's story here but you can bet its embellished a bit with exaggerations and down right lies.

The same with Zeke's case.

Logic and reasoning? I know it well. I'm not writing some college paper with APA formatting to please you. Start with some basic facts and put your thoughts in coherent form then get back to me.

Winning at all cost

TBF about Hunt, he lied to the team about the hotel incident and IIRC had a clean past prior to that.

Hill, otoh, was a POS in college beating up his pregnant girlfriend. Hence why he left Ok St and went to UWA and went in the 5th round. Talent wise he was a 1st round pick with huge off the field baggage.

But not a good look bringing in Clark too when the team has had a bad image of having players with DV history or first time offenders. Goes back to 2012 with Jovan Belcher.

So, apparently Hill called the police earlier this month because he saw on a camera in the house (he was staying at a hotel) that his fiancee was passed out on the couch and their son was walking around unattended.

Apparently an ambulance was dispatched (for her), and it was after this incident that the boy was removed from the home.

Crazy household.

Dude reminds me of Rae Carruth. The Chiefs have to be wondering what the hell happened losing Hunt and Hill in a matter months.
Chiefs knew about these individuals long before us. They took the risks.
