This is by far Wade Phillips last year. Its sad when his players are saying they aren't having good practices. Thats a coaching problem. The defense is on its way to giving up more yds ever in the history of the team. Thats a coaching problem. Defense is suppose to be his specialty. I'm not expecting much seeing that this team is not prepared to be a winner. It is too early in the season to hear some of the things being said by players. This team is not being held accountable to beat the man in front of them. Coach cupcake will be fired before this year is over if his defense does not get better. You may think its too early but I see too many problems with the foundation or should I say the core of this team. Im calling for Shanahan, Holgrem or Bill Cowher. It's obvious this team is not prepared!

I'm so tired of the washed up, old coaches that Jerry gets. Doesn't he realize there's a trend going in the NFL right now? Look at all of the successful young head coaches. Ken Whisenhunt, Mike Tomlin, John Harbaugh, Mike Singletary, Rex Ryan, and so on. We need youth at the head coaching position. It's sad to say but I don't think this team will have an identity until Jerry is gone. Jerry should NOT be the face of the Dallas Cowboys and he IS right now.

I think that is the best point..Its Jerry whose the problem..He has been the constant negative over the years
