I've been saying this. People just have it in for TO regardless. Dude played his *** off today while most of the people who people want to keep did nothing. TO is the leader of the recievers and he does a damn good job of it. A reciever cant be the leader of a team. Never has and never will so spare me the Michael Irvin comebacks. If Roy Williams wants the ball he better spend every second this offseason behind Terrell Owens then maybe that sorry *** Longhorn would have a great season and become a number 1 wide reciever. THEN you can get rid of TO like so many Cowboy fans are dying to do.

Well said.

The QB, whether he chooses to accept it or not, is the leader on that offensive side of the ball. Romo has 67 million reasons to step up and be a leader. Yet we move to 5-10 after November under his "leadership"...

If TO was not a media distraction I would say keep TO for 3 more years. I'm a TO fan when it comes to football, he is one of the best in the game. I'm responding to JJ saying WADE is coming back. If that is the case can WADE handle the locker room with TO and the negative media he attracts?

Again this is not a knock against TO's football ability, it's a knock against the distractions that are holding us back from becoming a better football team.
If the damn media would leave the guy alone we would not be discussing it.

It's just a friggen' shame that some of you put PacMan and T.O. in the same sentence, putting the two in the same category........
That just pisses me off..............
First of all, T.O. PRODUCES!! Jones should be let go, PacMan or no Pacman, because he not only doesn't produce, but costs Dallas a lot due to bad play. If he ain't "shot" as a player, let him prove it some where else. Because this year, in Dallas, on the field, he was a bigger part of the problem than part of the solution.
Secondly, T.O. has NEVER been arrested for ANYTHING. I repeat, NEVER COMMITTED A CRIME!!! No off-field drug use, wife beatings, gun problems, vehicular problems, no "Vegas incidents", nothing of the sort. He stays in top shape year round, loves his family and friends, and is loyal to his team. His only "sin" is that he opens his mouth in public about his frustrations about LOSING!!!!!! I got news for ya', SO DO I!!!!
If more Cowboy players were so distraught about LOSING, perhaps we wouldn't be in this decade lone pickle that we're in.
Don't compare T.O. to PacMan, or mention the two in the same breath. Please. It pisses me off.

Something has to give. This team needs more players like Witten. Man that guy is tough. He has heart. I like TO a lot, but his past still haunts him and he's a media spectacle/distraction. If we are forced to keep Wade then I say let's get rid of TO and Pacman. I would like to See Jenkins and Newman play a full year together at CB anyway.Plus TO is turning 35.

I know JJ said that RW was our WR draft choice but he should back the trade and draft 1-2 WR's and develop them. That is after we draft the best safety we can get our hands on! :starspin

So you are saying that someone just needs to be cut to satisfy the bloodlust around here?

Ok, but not gonna happen...

The haters have created a new trend amongst themselves.. Here it is.... LOL

"I'm a TO fan but even I have grown tired of his act".

They're claiming to have been TO fans. It's epic and hilarious.

I still think TO asks to be traded in the offseason.

Who wouldn't? This is an epic cluster **** that Jerry has created in Dallas. Hopefully TO is a better person than that. I would think he stays and is "part of the solution" as he mentioned in his press conference.

Man they dont like TO for other reasons. They see exactly what we see but you know some people have Parcellsitis. If we traded TO i bet these same wierdos want him "over the hill" *** out of the conference. Guarantee you that!

TO is NOT the problem with this team. He has done nothing corrosive since being in D. Now,he certainly has before (san fran, philthydelphia)....but this is now. Try as they may, the media can't make up anything sticky on him. AND...from what I saw last night, TO was the only one showing any emotion or fire. I would be sick of a bunch of dead team mates by now. Wade is the one who needs to go. He obviously has no control over the team and OBVIOUSLY can't get them prepared. I'll give him some credit due to injuries, but good grief! The last few weeks have been pathetic!!

Western Michigan have a pretty good safety prospect, Louis Delmas. Or how about our favorite college for prospects? L.S.U. Curtis Taylor 6'3 and can hit pretty solid player. Seems like we never go wrong when we draft LSU guys... Skyler Green, Spears, Peterman, James, and LaFleur... Okay tongue in cheek sort of.

TO won't be going anywhere. It's simply not going to happen unless Jerry has some sort of magical way to keep his cap hit from actually hitting the Cowboys cap then he'll be here and be here for the at least 2 more seasons.

TO isn't the issue anyway, I don't believe. The guy has produced pretty darn well since coming to Dallas.
