If we could throw crossing routes we would be dominant

Agreed, several teams seem to excel at it while we oddly do not. The Packers, Pats and Seahags come to mind.

We have the players for that Beasley and Swit. But seems this year we rrarely use Beasley and we drafted Swit, but won't use him at all at wr. Hope that changes tomorrow.

We need to use Dez more like this than having him run go routes 80+ percent of the time.

How about more pick plays?
I've been screaming for those since week one. Would be easy pickings (pun intended) for Switzer and Beasley. But as someone already mention, that would mean our coaches would actually have to have a creative gene in their body.

That's just what they'd be expecting.

We will fool them and never try ONE!!!

I still say, the most important thing for Dez is to keep him involved...so, let him come in motion on a sweep to his side and let him crack-back (legally, of course) and knock the buh-jeezus out of some LB or DL...then, he will want the short passes and perhaps the coaches, seeing him fully engaged, throw him a bone, and/or a crossing pass?

He's the best YAC WR in the NFL and we just refuse to take advantage of it.

This has been my gripe all along. Whether he runs crisp routes or not, figure it out. Get the ball in his hands and take advantage of one of your team's elite skills.

I have been wondering if they avoid them because they have a higher turnover and injury rate.

This whole offense seems to be geared towards safer throws that are risk adverse. Which I get, except when teams are taking those things away like Denver did.

I also would like to see some corner routes occasionally.
