If we indeed lose Garrett and Sparano, god for bid, Who could be next in line as Offensive Corridinator and Assistant Head Coach in Sparano? Is there a coach on this team that could take over? Is there a coach on another team that could come in right of way.

Why I am at it, How about our Scouting department? Who could replace Irlend?

What are your thoughts on possible replacements?

If Cam Cameron gets fired, I would say he would be a possibility as he has a history with Wade.Maybe Norv gets tossed in the first round of playoffs and gets fired, another possibility.Hey you asked.;)

I think we as fans should worry about the rest of this season...This team is special...let them run their course. No one can talk to the coaches or employees until the season is over or permission is given. The deeper we go in the playoffs the less likely we lose a bunch of staff. I truly feel that RED was told he will be the next head coach. RED is a Cowboy through and through. Who wouldn't want to take a fat check as O coordinator for a few seasons and move into the big office when the time is right? Sparano will have to be given a head coaching job before he leaves. Ireland may not want to go to Miami. Who would want to leave Jerry World for Waynes World?

Do you really want a guy like Cameron who will get fired after one year and destroyed a franchise?

Cameron is a good OC and it's hard to say he destroyed a franchise when there was not much of a franchise to begin with.

hmmmm...who used to coach in pittsburgh??? then again that would be replacing wade as well, and if we did that may as well do it for garrett.

He did a pretty good job at San Diego and I hardly think he destroyed a franchise.

Again, I can't see losing both these guys let alone one of them. Sparano is the most likely to leave with the Miami job coming open. Garrett is not going to bolt for Atlanta and no matter what anyone says I don't see him as a possibility in Miami.

Other then that there just will not be that many jobs open. The Giants maybe if they just flop in the playoffs. Gibbs and Billick have extensions on the table. Lewis may be out in Cincinnati but I'm not sure either is a great fit there. Fox was "reassured" by the Panthers front office he would be back. I just don't see any more openings.

Garret has relatively speaking not much experience as a coach. A HC needs to know a lot about the whole game: coaching, Offense, Defense, Scouting, etc. If I were Redball I would keep collecting the fat paychech you KNOW he is gettin for a few more years untill wade steps down. Watch, Listen and Learn. Then be prepared and ready to step in.

GARRETT IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE. After the success of this year Jerry will not let him leave.

you mean the success of a winning season? yea, no one could leave after that. it's not like we just our 2nd superbowl or something...

This is a very bad thread and we should not think like jerruh would allow both to leave.

How exactly did Cameron destroy the franchise? That team sucked last year.

Last I checked, Cameron didn't blow out Brown's knee or give Green a concussion.

The fins have 14 players on IR. About half of them starters. The front office made horrible moves. You put any coach in that situation and he'll do horribly

Cam Cameron will be available. Also, no one is mentioning Wade Wilson. I think Wade might be the new OC in Dallas if both leave. I'm sure Wade has a few names up his sleeve.

Coaching is over-rated anyway. Get the players and anyone can coach them. Wade Phillips is a players dream coach. He knows how to use the players strengths, is not overbearingly hard-headed, and is a nice guy who listens to his players suggestions. He is the right coach for today's players.

Wilson isn't OC material - he's been a QB coach for what, 7 years now? Not OC material.

We can and will do better than that if both our guys leave.
