I know I got tired of hearing it too. Seemed like everytime you would hear about 15 seconds later something bad would happen.

Even more surprising is how often they seem to go to it, including obvious passing situations and when playing the Ravens, Giants and Eagles, virtually every other down. Don't they anticipate the other team is going to blitz and call a play designed to counteract it?

I watched for that and no it wasn't "always" a run.

Alot of teams call two plays in the huddle and have a code word to goto the other play depending on the defensive formation....it's done in HS as well.

Ours is just "Kill, Kill, Kill!".
