Round 1.
trade down for tampa's 2nd,3rd, and 5th if Earl thomas isnt here.

Round 2.

a.Maurkice Pouncey C/G

b. Nate Allen FS if not Morgan Burnett FS

Round 3.
a. Jacoby Ford WR

b. Bruce Campbell OT :lmao2: Jason Fox OT

Trade Bowen for a 4th

Round 4.

a. Javier Arenas CB

b. Sean Lee ILB or Micah Johnson ILB

5th. Marshall Newhouse OG

6th. Clifton Geathers DE

7th. Kicker Hunter Lawrence or Leigh Tiffin.

This draft allows us to get rid of Proctor, McQuistain, and Preston.

keep Sensabaugh too. I must have been high thinking that Hamlin could still be here.
Yes these are a lot of players but JJ said that he was drafting 10-11 players this draft.
http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/news/story?id=4954708

This brings a lot of depth and explosive players to the team.
these trade could happen with a deep first draft and second round.
Anyways it is a mock with the combine not over yet. :starspin

Hamlin's Contract is to much and his smarts as a secondary QB are ummatched. We dont sign Sensabaugh if we get Rolle

Your first round pick is no good for me. Campbell had a great combine but to say that his game tape is "average" is a compliment. Most scouts have said it's terrible and he's a fourth round grade. The NFL Network guys were joking that this guy fits the Al Davis mold.

And keeping Hamlin over Sensabaugh - :laugh2: . Sensabaugh had more plays on the ball than Hamlin and he played with a cast all season long.

First of all, Ken Hamlin is not a strong safety. Have you seen him try to tackle? He's horrific. Yeah, let's pay a guy multi-million dollars who hasn't made an impact play for us in almost three years, a position that he's not made to play.

Round 7 is the only one I like.

I wouldn't draft a player in Round 1 that doesn't play good football. He may look good "in the shower," but that doesn't always translate to the game.

In the 2nd Round I honestly don't know much about Carrington, but I don't like spending 1-2nd round picks on 3-4 DE's.

I don't see Ford lasting to the 4th, but if he did I would jump all over that. There's a good chance he wouldn't pan out, but for a 4th I'm willing to bet on his potential.

Not a fan of Chris Cook at all. Big players don't make good safeties. I can't really think of any good safeties that weight over 220 pounds. The generally accepted top safeties: Troy P, Bob Sanders, and Ed Reed all weigh around 200 lbs. That is the weight I prefer.

I'll be honest. I know nothing about Troup, Johnson, or Newhouse so I guess I can't comment on those picks.

I do really like the idea of a kicker in the 7th though. There aren't any good kickers in FA (or else they would already have a team), so drafting one is the only realistic possibility of getting one.

ROTFLMAO... I don't know which is funnier, your mock-a-day posting, or the way you trade EVERYBODY... even Jimmy Johnson never traded as much as you do...

I fully expect that, before draft day, you will have come up with a mock in which Jerry trades the entire team away and drafts 60 players... tell me, when was the last time you remember Jerry trading players for draft picks??

What I'm trying to say, in my merry way, is that your mocks are consistenly unrealistic... the only bone I can throw you is that you like a lot of pretty good players...

these players play the position they do for a reason..why are some of you so obsessed with drafting corners and trying to play them at safety? is the idea of drafting a safety because you need a safety foreign to most of you?

I'm not sure Allen is there at the end of Rd2, nor are Campbell and Fox there in the 3rd....Ford will be gone by the late 4th too.

So most of these guys are not even available at the spots you have us taking them.
Nice try anyway.

Sometimes its unrealistic because I go with BPA for needs. like pouncey hes better than preston and the best center so why not.

where the **** did he say Arenas is a safety? Lmao BTW jerry stated there will be 10-11 new faces on the team next year, he never stated all of them will come from the draft. Very unrealistic.
