teams familiar with us always seem to have the upper hand when we play them, Haley on Sunday will be no exception...should it come down to them playing to all our known weaknesses the RHG will really have a tough road the rest of the way... you can blame it on execution as the final excuse but good coordinators/coaches find workarounds when they see stuff is not working either due to injuries of the other team showing tendencies that play to our weaknesses
I really think we need to win Sunday and convicingly so we go to the bye week without team dissension and falling motivation....

Haley doesn't know Garrett's offense. Haley was here during the BP regime. Things are different on both offense, defense and special teams at this point. It's not like when Sean Peyton knew BP's team like the back of his hand. The Cowboys just need to suck it up and win on Sunday. I don't care how they do it. They must win this game. Then spend the next two weeks trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with this team.

I dont know if we have been outcoached ....

Its not like the Saints game years ago when they found a flaw in the defense and burned us repeatly with the FB....and we made no adjustments..

The Players on this team just have to execute better.....Hurd catches that pass....Newman knocks down that pass.....Spencer holds on he int....etc....etc....

Giants game was the same....we need to execute.......

IMHO...I think the coaching and gameplan is fine......it could be better but....we didnt lose these games because of it....we lost because we failed to execute and players made some bad decisions...

When the players start to make plays....play better.....questions about playcalling and being out coached will stop...

Mike Nolan put a blueprint out there that shows how Dallas will block against certain blitz schemes.

He exposed a lot of things.

I think we got outcoached Sunday and there's a chance, albeit smaller, that it happens again this week. Granted, McDaniels prepares his teams just like Belichick. I can't say the same for Haley, who doesn't seem to be nearly as competent or disciplined.

Last year, the Rams were just as much of a mess as the Chiefs are now and they had very little problem confusing our defense with unbalanced lines and then taking away what we could do effectively on offense.

It is very unlikely it happens, but it could. In fact, easily given the pattern of strange playcalling we have done this season, particularly on offense.

I am sure Clancy Pendergast and Haley will pop in the tape of the Cardinals game from last year. As you remember, the Cardinals exposed our special teams deficiencies (won't happen with DeCamillis though) and played very physical and pressure-orientated defense to keep Romo on his toes.

Honestly, I would prefer we go for the kill early in this game. Put a bad team away and take that Arrowhead crowd out of it. The Chiefs gave the Giants a nice headstart last week but eventually settled down to play at least average football the rest of the game. It's not going to be a cakewalk, so we will need to jump on them early and hard.

The key is to make them adjust, not the other way around. If we approach this game confidently, we should be alright. But the Denver game unfolded much like I was worried about. They bulled out the initial touchdown drive but we completely unprepared to get things done the rest of the game. It was almost like we assumed they would lay down. They were so prepared for what we would do, they had confidence. I don't believe the Chiefs will be like the Broncos, but you never know.

I think we'll win but if it's a close game all the way or we lose, I won't be surprised.

Folks, the Chiefs flat out suck. They are horrible. There are not enough negative adjectives in the dictionary to describe how bad a team they are. They have a worse roster than the Cowboys under Campo. They are easily the worst team in the NFL right now. Cowboys by 21 at least.

Its not of question of if we get out coached, that is going to happen. Hopefully we have enough talent that we can win inspite of our horrific coaching.

It's not the Rams. Completely different situation, but you know that.

Does anyone really truly believe we are going to lose this game?

It isn't the same as the Rams because Brad Johnson won't be in the vicinity, but if you're surprised at what this team does (or doesn't do) at the point, you haven't been paying attention. I'm supposed to be what they call a homer, but I can see that right now the Dallas Cowboys can't be relied on to excel against anyone. They have to turn things around before we can trust them. Hopefully the turnaround begins on Sunday.

The pessimist in me thinks I will be tired of hearing Cassell to Bowe on Sunday.

I love how people with selective memories assume that we lost that Rams game because of Brad Johnson. We were up 7-0 with Johnson and then proceeded to pollute the Edward Jones Dome mainly because our defense couldn't stop Steven Jackson and an unbalanced line that the Rams concocted for the game. While Brian Stewart is no longer the defensive coordinator, there isn't much assurance that Wade Phillips couldn't be outcoached either.

This isn't a matter of confidence in the Chiefs. It is more of a lack of confidence in this staff, this team and this organization to win the games that they should easily win. Weeks ago that the Buccaneers were supposed to be a cakewalk. They weren't. There was plenty of bluster around here last week about the Broncos because they had a rookie head coach and hadn't beaten anyone. We got beaten by that.

Is it likely the Chiefs win? Of course not. But we all know this team rarely performs up to the lofty levels the talent dictates nor is it crystal clear we even have the true talent that we think we do.

This is yet another game where if we don't win, then something is wrong. And it might just be the general impression most of us have about this team.

It is not a selective memory on my part. I am sure there is some way we could screw this up, but I do not believe it will happen. The Chiefs are just too bad a team for us not to win. I do not pretend to know everything there is to know about football, but living in KC I do follow the Chiefs closely, and they suck. That is not an indictment on their coaches or owner (because they are all brand new), but they have been in steady decline for some time. They just do not have NFL quality players. There are only 3 or 4 guys that would start on any NFC east team. The rest are just bad football players. They have blown their first round pick for a dozen years in a row. The only players worth a damn on that team were Tony Gonzales and Jared Allen, both of which the Chiefs dumped.

Cowboys by 21.

I havent seen us outcoached in any game this yr. I saw our QB miss some guys and commit 6 turnovers in 2 losses, otherwise we'd be 4-0.

If I'm not mistaken, Pendergast and Haley were on the AZ sideline when Dallas lost to the Cards last year.

I'm not saying it means anything. Just saying....
