Not saying we do but if for whatever reason we were forced to take a QB, which one would you consider and in what round?

I'm thinking Dysert, maybe in the 4th or 5th if we get lucky.

I like Manuel but he may go a little higher then I would like. Scott is another guy that I would like and he could be an UFA.

What do you guys think of Dysert?

Not liking this QB class AT ALL. The QB's I"d normally like to draft around the 5th round will go in the first or second this year (just cuz that position gets way over rated).

I wouldn't take a QB at all this year. Dysert is ok but he'll go higher than he should.

I wouldn't mind Lalich in the 6th regardless of if we HAD to take a QB or not.

Dysert had a better JR year, I think he had injuries. Agree with this line of thinking if I had to take one. Another guy with no mentioning is (Brad Sorensen QB 15 Southern Utah rSr 6-5 229 7-FA) who you might get as UDFA. Personally I'd rather go all in 2014 with Bridgewater, Boyd, Murray or JFB.

heres my guy for UDFA

Alex Carder, QB, Western Michigan
Height: 6-2. Weight: 224.
Projected 40 Time: 4.61.
Projected Round (2013): 6-FA.

2/16/13: Carder completed 68 percent of his passes this year for 1,652 yards, 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He didn't have a good game against Illinois in the season opener, but the redshirt senior got no help from his offensive line and wide receivers. Carder really missed former No. 1 receiver Jordan White. Carder missed five games with a finger injury on his throwing hand.

Carder didn't impress at the East-West Shrine.

8/16/12: Carder has been a prolific passer for Western Michigan and was a 2011 Second-Team All-MAC performer as a junior. He lit up Purdue in his bowl game, completing 31-of-57 passes for 439 yards and three touchdowns.

Carder played well against Illinois and Michigan as well. Against Connecticut, he completed 37-of-51 passes for 479 yards with five touchdowns and zero interceptions, carrying the Broncos to a road win over the Huskies.

Carder completed 66 percent of his passes for 3,873 yards with 31 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in 2011. He has a nice arm and is a good decision-maker. His senior season will be more difficult without star wide receiver Jordan White.

Carder completed 63 percent of his throws in 2010 for 3,334 yards with 30 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He has been extremely efficient for Western Michigan.
