Those silly Packer fans. Heck, the Cowboys started the season 2-2 and nobody here was panicking or saying the team was coming apart, right?

The Packers have a lot of talent and Lambeau is a tough place to play. It's certainly possible that they could beat the Cowboys Sunday, if a lot of things go their way. I don't expect it, but I won't panic if it happens. The really important thing is not screwing up against Washington and Oakland.

I agree. To me I can handle getting beat more than I can beating myself. If the Cowboys come out and play sloppy that will be a major disappointment and a step back for this team. If both teams are out there making big plays and we come up short then yes I would be disappointed with the loss but a bit easier to deal with and less of a step back for the team

When did we shake the fraud label? I think we've had it all season.

Hell, I bet there are sports writers, bloggers, and even some "Realists" preparing their "I told you so" rough drafts at this very moment.

We won't be considered legit until we win a playoff game. We made that bed though...so we have to lie in it.

This game is *not* a big game.

It is 1 of 8 remaining not do or die but important. Cowboys have a chance to put up another NFC win that could be very big in the end.

Nobody called Philly frauds after they lost to Oakland.

Nobody's calling the Giants frauds after losing their FOURTH game in a row.

So suffice it to say that if Dallas loses to Green Bay, YUP, they'll be labeled frauds by the media. But that's just the way things are.

Ok this is my first post on this forum... And I was reading this thread over so Ill start with this one.

In my opinion as well as ALOT of people if Dallas loses to Green Bay they will not be considered frauds or chokers!! Believe me in 80 percent of the people over on the Seahawks and Colts forum are actually picking Green Bay to win, that is not because they hate the Cowboys or think they are do for a stinker.... It will be close thats for sure, its just that... Well first of all its in Lambeau which is a very tough place to win. Second Green Bay's playoff chances are pretty much on the line from here on. With how competitve the NFC is now, there is no way Green Bay can afford to lose 2 more games in my opinion. And they know they still have to play Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Chicaco again, and Arizona. So they will play with every ounce of fight in them that they have.

Also this is not a bad team, in fact they are a super good team that loses some close games due to the fact that the O line allows to many sacks and Rodgers sometimes holds on to the ball to many times. But keep in mind this team beat the ever so living crap out of my Colts last year, then took the undefeated Titans at that time into over time. Whenever Green bay loses to a scrub team like Tampa I just brush it off, and think its Green Bay playing down to the competitor... All their games are close, which is a bad thing for good teams like the Cowboys because you know even if the Cowboys win you wont kill Green Bay.

Its going to be a very tough game, and if I have to pick I am going with Green Bay simply because the Pack needs this game extremely bad and its in Lambaeu.... If it was in Cowboy stadium I would pick Dallas.... But Green Bay is very tough to win in.

Its going to be a good game thats for sure, and no matter who loses in this game neither team should be ashamed... Both teams are very talented. The Packers running game is really picking up this year as well. They are a very balanced team except for their o line.

:welcome:

I think it's going to be close as well. That team has a ton of talent. If they can get that Oline to play a little above their ability, they could upset us if we're not ready for them.

until fans realize that no particular team is " supposed" to win any particular game then yes if the Boys lose some will call them frauds.

until fans realize that each game is individual and separate from what has transpired before then yes if the Boys lose some will call them frauds.

until fans realize that winning the 9th game on your schedule does not guarantee a Super Bowl nor does losing the 9th game on your schedule guarantee missing the Super Bowl then yes if the Boys lose some will call them frauds.

so to sum it up until fans realize that teams can play great one week, not so great one week, horrible one week , then play great again and that a season lasts for 16 games, not just one game then yes if the Boys lose some will call them frauds.

First let me say that there is noway in hell we should lose to the Pack. They are just terrible, their best win of the season was against the freaking Bears in Lambeau that came down to the wire and they had a +4 TO margin.

They have allowed the most sacks in the NFL and just put another lineman on IR, the freaking winless Bucs wearing their orange pastels had 6 sacks and their pass rush blows. If Wade cant get at least 5, he needs to resign as DC, seriously.

So the question has to be asked, if we somehow lose to this scrub team will we still be considered contenders or will Philly be proclaimed the best in the division and their loss to Dallas was just a fluke???

You know all the guys at ESPN are having wet dreams thinking about us losing to GB so they can start trashing us again. I have never seen so many depressed analysts after we beat Philly, some of them at ESPN looked like they were fixing to cry.

Hopefully we handle our business and this is all a moot point.

good teams lose to bad teams all the time.

the Commanders don't lose enough.

no one game will define an entire team, dude. are the giants a fluke? they've lost 4 in a row.

is denver a fluke?

it's a long season of tough games and you're simply not going to win them all barring a few miracle seasons here and there.

i've come to really hate the IGS.

Screw any media. This got my attention.

If this: http://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail/USWI0288?dayNum=5

turns into lots of rain and feeling kinda frigid, we very likely lose. I don't believe Romo has any intelligence or confidence, or ability issues. I believe he is elite - EXCEPT in dealing with wet and or cold footballs.

Losing to GB on the road would be a minor setback.

How the media sees it is entirely different.

The forcast for this weekend up here is a cool 46 deg. with 60% chance of rain.

I'll be there decked out in full Cowboys gear. Nice thing about GB is that you can go to games in the opps gear and not fear for your life. You'll take a good share of good natured ribbing though.

GB, a desperate team, is not devoid of talent. Nor is Lambeau an easy place to play. A loss wouldn't be particularly meaningful or "edifying."

Not at all, unless they simply don't show up the way they did in Philly last year.

GB is a dangerous team at home. They are capable of beating almost anyone at Lambeau.

The only way I'd look at it that way was if they get overwhelmed and lose like . No way GB should be able to do that. They simply don't have the talent, and that's why they're 4-4 and aren't dominating anyone. Losing a tough game is one thing; not showing up is another.

If Dallas loses but rebounds and wins the next two, then they're 8-3 heading to NY. If that's the case, they've - once again - put themselves in a position to win the division, post-Thanksgiving.

No, they won't be.

Dallas will be 6-3, and I will have a sucky Monday and week.

Dallas will win this game unless GB plays over their head and/or we turn the ball over too often.

GB is going to move the ball. We are going to move the ball. This will not be a boring game like the Philly one.

The only thing that can stop Dallas from hanging 40 on the Pack is the freakin' weather. It's supposed to be 45 degrees with showers on Sunday.

Pray for the worst Pack fans.

I don't think cold will effect either team, but if it's raining or if the field is wet, it'll effect both teams. I'm not worried about the weather. Dallasn't exactly a southern/tropical destination, so they'll be ok.
