There's two sides to it:

1: If the Giants win and we have to play new Orleans, yeah, it would suck, but if we could beat them, I have little doubt the Giants CAN beat Chicago as poorly as that offense is playing and we might play a home NFC Title game

2: I have little doubt we can beat Chicago in round two

So basically, Philly winning makes us a not all that difficult path to the title game, but then the title game will be VERY difficult.

I think NO is nightmare city because of match-ups and coaching familiarty issues. I'd rather avoid them at all costs.

Otherwise it'd prolly be like what happened in '91. Beat the Bears in the WC and then face the Lions again. They hammered us in the regular season that year and it was even worse in the playoffs.

Only way Dallas faces Philly would be the NFC Championship game. In the meantime Dallas has to worry about Seattle and if we get by them I would rather play in a game where the players determine the outcome over weather condition on a frozen Chicago field. Having said that I'd be happy to play anyone after this weekend because it mean we won sat. :laugh2:

Whats makes it all better for me is..... they have never won anything... .yeah they beat us in a couple of meaningless regular season games.... but nothing has been won yet....

A 3rd game Victory over them wipes out the season sweep and leaves them with...................(yeah you guessed it)................. NOTHING!!

Providing we beat the Seahawks:

If the Giants knock off Philthy (which I beleive they can since Philly can't stop the run) Then the Cowboys would play the Ain'ts. If the Philthy beats the Giants, then the Cowboys would play the Bears.

Of course like I said. This is providing Dallas actually beats the Seahawks.
