If Werner is there when we pick, how do you pass him up?

If anything he has bust written all over him........Werner was getting doulble and triple teamed(on the strong side mind you) which was freeing up Tank. Coming off a major injury too.....yikes

I see him as a solid pro. That's it.

If Cooper, Warmack or Richardson are there, Werner is not going to be a Cowboy if I'm drafting.

If any of the 1st 9 are there Im definitely taking them ahead of Werner. If they are all gone, which isnt completely out of the question, I take Werner with no problem at all.

Reminds me of Kevin Green. I'd have see what else is available and what the trade back options looked like. I think they want DT over DE though.

The same Anthony Spencer who we were fine paying $10.5M for the upcoming year. Well if Werner replaces Spencer that frees up $9M to spend on other parts of the team like a good veteran Safety and OG.

I don't know who is the best DE after Jordan. I do suspect the choices are probably Werner, Carradine and D. Moore. Of those guys the ones who fit best at LDE are Werner and Carradine. I think both would fit well into Kiffen's defense. It is hard to say who is going to be better as Werner is still a bit of a football neophyte but Tank is quite a specimen with his length and speed combination.

I do agree that I value any of the top 3 DTs, 3 OTs and Cooper higher. I'd prefer Tavon Austin but wouldn't mind taking one of the FSU DEs here. I don't like any of the other DTs without a trade down as I see little to choose from between Hankins, Jenkins, Short and Sylvester Williams.

I like Spencer. But if thats Werner's ceiling, I would tend to pass on him. He is just one of those guys I don't see it. Maybe I am missing something. But Tank always stood out more to me.

Depends on who's there but yeah, I would definitely take him. He would help this team in several areas, long term.
