If/When we make the Playoffs

And BP has and continues to provide it.

Win or lose.

Don't agree at all...You can have all the -It- you want...I want to win period!

I understand all that. But it was just my long winded way of asking what you would've done differently.

Ok, so you would've looked at QC/Hutch for that first year, same as Bill, then what? Looked at Henson/Romo and the end of last year? Ok.

But then it doesnt sound like you'd have had the long term QB situation figured out either at this point had *you* been the coach. ;)

Unless you would've in fact taken Leftwich at the time since you were a big fan.. letting the chips fall where they may with him over the long haul. And thats cool.

I would have looked at Henson first, when he did start not yanked him after bad half. If one bad half is all a QB needs, then Eli shouldn't be in this league right now, nor should most QBs, even Big Ben. He had horrible game against Ravens if I remember.

I was and still believe in Henson, since I saw his whole college career and always thought he would be star in NFL. He might end up being a big flop in NFL eventually, but thats not even close to be decided, IMO. Its fine if some (or you) think so, thats their opinion.

Romo, I dont know, I get the bad feeling about him as long term solution, as he seems too impulsive, like his idol Bret Farve. At least Bret has strong enough arm to get away with so many of his impulsive throws. But if I were BP and strongly believed in Romo, I would give him a shot first.

You see around NFL, and see that short term patches don't work for longterm solutions. Ravens are prim examples and Bucs also have shown that. Now I would be fine with short term solution if that would get Cowboys SB, like Bucs and Ravens, I just don't see Bledsoe as even a good Bus Driver and never have since his SB year.

I remember most Cowboys fans were licking their chops at Bledsoe playing for Bills when Bills came to Dallas in 2003, but now some of them think he can be all pro. I just didn't change my opinion, since they signed him and not even when he had good games. Now I like the guy off the field, but hate the player on the field.

Bottom line I hate the concept of renting players, especially at THE Key position any NFL team.

Nonsense. What is that? What could he possibly provide that's better than winning? Lamest excuse ever.

For the record, though, even if he makes the playoffs, I still won't like Parcells.

I hope I don't hear you guys singing BP's praises.

The level of disgust and lack of support for Parcells on this board has taken on a life of it's own.
Wow, with that many posts, you'd figure you would know how these things work. Maybe you dont remember the Quincy/Hutch debacle a few years ago. That was way more devisive then this crap. I was ready to drive to pples houses over that and start punching pple. This is just blowing off steam.

The thing to remember is we are all Boys fans, except Phoenix-Talon, but thats another story. So dont let them get your dander up, just ignore the Fire Parcells, Bledsoe sucks posts. they will be singing Parcells praises and denying they ever wanted him fired when we hold the 6th Lombardi trophy over our heads next year. Or the year after that. But very soon indeed.

Hush you Phoenix-Talon. Till you have 5, you cant talk about these things. You just dont know how good they really are. Maybe one day youwill, but till then........ :lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:
