Do we immediately put him in the starting lineup and put Kavon Frazier on the bench? Seems a little tricky considering Frazier and the rest of the defense has been playing well. I've been a Frazier fan since last year. I think he's better than most fans realize.

I think Frazier is a strong tackler. Certainly better than Captain Whiff Heath. I would play him at SS. Woods I would play at FS and relegate Captain Whiff to the bench for safe keeping.

these Ss are gar better than many fans realize

I want to see of Xavier's angles have improved

BTW, surprised Robinson was released, so Ibraheim Campbell is the 4th S

Woods is not as good as Heath or Frazier.
I think Woods will be better at FS in coverage than either heath or frazier

Frazier is a better tackler so him staying at SS doesn't bother me...

Heath should be first safety off the bench

Heath is the best SS on the team. We had to play him out of position while Woods was out. Get Woods back there and Heath at his best spot. Use Frazier strategically.

At SS he was a heat seeking missile and good in coverage/pass rush.

Like Kavon’s has been any better. Need to go back to TACKLING 101 with some of these clowns. High school kids tackle better.
I have no idea why so many people hear are not seeing all of the missed tackles Frazier had last week? If I had time I would show some of the clips of him missing tackles. I just don't have the time. I hope the kid tackles better against the seahags.

He's missed some, and he's also playing with a separated shoulder. He's always been a good run stopper who had questionable coverage ability. Seems like he's doing a lot better in coverage this season.

Ok I will accept that Might explain some of his poor tackling? . I didn't do a study on his coverage so hopefully that is the case.

Obviously mixed opinions. It'll be interesting to see how it works out. I admit Frazier hasn't looked as good tackling this year as he did last year. I didn't know he has a sprained shoulder, which might explain it.

If he's healthy, yes. He starts at FS and Heath goes back to SS. That was the alignment Richard wanted and played with before Woods pulled up with his hamstring injury.

I suspect, they will limit some of his play early just to ease him and make sure his hamstring is truly able to handle game action, but yeah, I think he starts at FS and they go from there based on how he looks, feels, etc.

Woods’ tackling concerns me.
Frazier was pretty bad against NYG - though a lot of that had to do with Saquon.

Seattle isn't a team that's really going to kill us over the top, so I think we're fine not needing Woods there. Ease him in, let Frazier continue to play in the box. No need to get too complicated against such a bad offense.
