It certainly hasn’t made much difference this era who is coaching with Jerry.

Dak would get a one year show me to the new staff as the new staff would be behind the 8ball without a 1st round pick in this 19 draft so they would be eyeing a 2020 QB if Dak continues to suck

Dak, he holds the ball to long lacking the anticipation to throw his receivers open. He has a lousy deep ball unless the receiver is wide open. He has no touch or accuracy when in the pocket. The running threat is there but he refuses to use it and he sure does turn the ball over a lot in a run heavy offence. Who could win having a QB with these attributes. Not an excuse for Linehan his play calls have always been lackluster.

Exactly, Troy Aikman HOFer was the QB for Gailey, Romo was the QB for Parcells. So even with good QB's with good coaches still equaled mediocrity with Jerry as the GM, once 90% of Jimmy's team retired or left via FA.

When Jimmy and Jerry split and Jerry announced he was doing things his way. Jerry's way won a super bowl cuz of Jimmy's team but once Jimmy's team was gone Jerry's Way has done nothing but be .500. Even with QB's like Aikman and Romo and different coaches we still suck doing it Jerry's way. "Jerry's Way" is a culture of losers and selling mediocrity as a winning tradition.

Did we just discuss this? Agree coach goes first, but TBF I reckon new coach would immediately demand a new QB.. so problem solved
