It's late, my wife is sleeping . The last thing I want is some dead President in my house right now. And I can pray quietly to my Lord and Savior. A visit is bound to be accompanied by numerous trumpet blasts that will freak out my dogs and wake up the wife.

I'll pass and just let Washington and Churchill have a beer together without me. Probably be a much more interesting conversation than anything I could muster right now.

If I could have a beer with anyone? Paul McCartney. Been a huge Beatles fan since I first saw them on Ed Sullivan. One of the best days of my life was when McCartney had a concert in Dallas. I saw the Cowboys beat the Lions that afternoon and then rushed over to the arena to see the concert. Great day

Yeah man. We’d sit down and have a beer together and talk about how much Jason Garrett sucked as a coach.

Him and John both

No beers. Single Malt.

Cowboys related i would also pick Roger Staubach.

Non Cowboys related. Probably King David or King Solomon.

I agree, though a bit partial to Macallans
MacAllan used to be my favorite until I found Balvenie Double Wood.

I still enjoy MacAllan, but Balvenie DW just turned my entire thought on the subject upside down.

If you're serving Balvenie Double Wood, I will kick them to the curb and I will join you!

I change it up. Not big on Balvenie or Macallans. Mostly Glenfiddich/Grant/Livet. I will say the 12 year bottles taste worse to me everytime i open one. In the company i listed above id probably get a bottle somewhere between 18-25. Sometimes the local stores don't have the 25's, gotta preorder.

Have to try the Balvenie DW. Have tried and very much like Balvenie.

As per one of our earlier posts, I find myself gravitating toward those whisky's and Bourbons that have been finished in a secondary barrel
