Play Sterling Moore. I'll leave it to the coaching staff on how to get him on the field but the bottom line is he needs to play. This team isn't anywhere near good enough to keep players that perform off the field ... period.

The coaching staff ain't smart enough to do it now.... they sure won't know how to use him:banghead:

Sometimes I'd like to see Coleman and Melton in at the sametime, more short passes and screens to Dunbar, and send Carter in on a blitz more often...

It amazes me how the fans can scout the decent players we have on the team ... but the powers that be have them on the sidelines watching.

I would find a way to get the best pass rushing 4-3 DE in the NFL that is under age 28.

We will have that once Gardener is eligble to come off IR. Until then we have to settle for the 2nd best, Kyle Wilber

There isn't much you can do on defense. The talent just isn't there. Swapping around Pinto parts doesn't amount to much.

So I guess I'd bring up Michael Sam and play him immediately on known passing downs. I already know the DEs on the active roster can't and won't get to the QB. I'd give Sam a chance to prove himself while Lawrence is still on the mend.

Bench Mo and play Moore in the nickel.

I would also like to see Harris on some bubble screens, reverses.

Pit me down for putting Williams in and ditching Dunbar. Dunbar doesn't play special teams either and I am not to impressed with him at all. He has had a few big runs in ONE game.

If you don't think this organization has been passive in getting young guys on the field in past years then you haven't been paying attention.

There's not much you can do that hasn't already been done. I agree with the Witten notion. You HAVE to start developing those other tight ends. Witten has still been playing solid ball, but he's getting up there and we need a guy to be able to step in. These TEs can never develop if they aren't on the field all that much or aren't getting looks.
