If you had to pick one change

I'm hearing here on the forum lately, alot of crying and complaining that we should make big and immediate changes to the Cowboys.
I hear Tony sucks, J.G. is the problem and J.J. is NO GM and he's the cause of our problems.

Okay,

If you had to pick ONE ,and only ONE move that you think would have the biggest effect to improve the Cowboys immediately ,what move would it be?

And also ,if you could give a name for the replacement.

a) Jerry ,the GM
b) Tony the QB
c) J.G. The HC

Which do think is our most immediate problem.

Granted there may be multiple changes needed but there is no way you can make multiple changes now.

There is only one answer here. Jerry. If he was out of the picture everything else would work itself out. JG would get the boot and so would Romo as long as the GM was competent.

Make the players accountable for their mistakes.....
ie..competion at right tackle and 3rd wide reciever and running back

Take away the read option routes from dez....

turn over either the playcalling or game situational management to callahan

None of these actions help the Cowboys immediately.

Bringing in a coach mid-season is too disruptive. GMs have impact over longer horizons. Tony Romo is far better than any quarterback we could possibly get in any transaction, etc.

Doesn't mean we shouldn't do one of these things for long-term improvement, but all of them would adversely impact the 2012 season.

Ozzie Newsome. I think the Ravens are going to promote Eric Decosta soon and Ozzie either leaves or moves up into minority ownership there. I really respect him.
