Then you are in for a surprise. T.O wasnt why the Cowboys fell apart last season. The entire team for the most part lacks leadership and focus to get better. When time comes to shove, our star players come up short. It's just that simple. If you had to release ONE player to get team chemistry back then that shows alot of these guys are weak minded to begin with. The problem here is coaching. The problem is ROMO not being able to make a big play in crunch to save his life. This entire team is disfunctional. T.O gone will not turn the ship around.


It's a step in the right direction but dont expect much more of it.
