Who would you most compare yourself to as far as play style? Let's be realistic here and not have everyone answer OMG WARE LOL

Seriously think about your answer, and provide some reasons why you think you'd be that person out of the bunch.

Past and present players acceptable.

Tony Romo.

With my scratch golf game, boyish good looks, and penchant for dating blonde bombshells, our lives pratically mirror one another.:D True statement if you dont include the scratch golf and blonde bombshell thing. Or the boyish good looks.

Meaning you'd hit like a truck, or you'd quit at 31?

:p:
i'd played safety in highschool and used to pray the offense would throw a slant.I would always be looking for the slant 1st in passing situations. I miss smashing wrs......:(

roger that. i played left tackle on offense and defense, started on both sides of the ball, i was in good shape back then. as a freshman i was 6'3 328lbs, benched 400 squat 750...since then i've done some "extracurricular activities" in which i lost my muscle mass. now im just fat. :(

lol @ the extra curricular activities. I also played a little TE in highschool but it wasn't nearly as fun as playing safety to me.

Dat Nguyen.

I was an undersized linebacker that played like a bat out of hell--I miss that guy on our team.

Mark Stepnoski. I was a very undersized center in high school, but I used fairly good technique to earn some respect in my district, which was considered one of, if not THE, toughest in the state. Stepnoski utilized great technique to neutralize larger defensive tackles and became a key component of the early 90's road grinding offensive line.

I played a lot of different positions over the years so I could compare to a lot of guys. I also played in different eras, when I was young and fast, when I was a bit older and big, and when I was old and huge but very slow.

QB: Don Meredith - I had a good arm, on deep passes in particular, but was a bit of a gambler. Either a TD, a drop, or an INT but more TDs than picks at least.

RB: Walt Garrison/Marion Barber - I wasn't fast once I got older but I would not go down no matter how many guys were trying to tackle me.

WR: Bob Hayes - In my younger days I was always the fastest guy on the field. My older brother would play QB and his only play was "Go deep". He had a great arm and no one could stay with me so it worked every time until they made a rule that we couldn't be on the same team anymore.

TE: David LaFleur - I was a lot bigger than most of the guys I played against and was an excellent blocker with great hands, just not real fast.

C: Mark Stepnoski & Ray Donaldson - I played Center on a semi-pro team in the late 80s at @ 235 lbs and was very mobile. I also played in my late 40s at close to 300 lbs and couldn't be moved. I wasn't likely to pull much but you weren't going to get by me either.

DL: Bob Lilly - Big, fast, mean, and unstoppable! My favorite player and my favorite position to play. I played both DT and DE and could get to the QB from either spot. I had 12 sacks in one semi-pro game even though they were triple-teaming me! I was 6'3" and @ 255 lbs at the time, just a beast back then!

OLB: Hollywood Henderson - I played OLB in high school and was the fastest player on our team. AT 6'2" 205 I was just fast and mean back then and there was nothing I liked better than stopping a guy behind the line or sacking the QB.

MLB: Bob Breunig - As I got older and lost some speed I still had the savvy to read plays well so playing MLB was a natural for me.

DB: Roy Williams - I was great at stopping the run but couldn't cover to save my life. If I could read the play then I had a chance but I was not built for fluidity but straight-ahead speed and brute force. My height saved me a lot of times but I also got burned a lot. I much preferred to play on the front-7 on defense.

Jason Witten.

We both played the same position, and we're built similarly. Although I'm nowhere near his level of talent, and I'm three inches shorter.

But our style is the same. I'm not as tough as he is though. We ran routes almost the same way, catch the same way, and hold the ball the same.

Jay Novacek. A bit on the 'soft side' when it came to blocking, but when needed I could get the job done. Real good hands and smart enough to find the zones in the coverage and a reliable, accountable guy. Although Jay was very fast for a tight end and I run as fast as Jay running in a vat full of tar.

uhh..whichever wide reciever liked hitting the most? i guess 'the playmaker' i was average speed and loved hitting(crack backs were awesome) i'd always catch the most rediculous passes(product of being taught football from my mom lol) but a simple 5 yard curl was the bain of my exsistence.
