personally i think having him coach weeds out the pansys that arnt playing to win. and we dont want them. we want guys who are coming in cuz they know he is a hard as* and know hell bring out there best

I'll take a hard *** straight shooter any day over nice, spineless backstabber. You know where you stand. Parcells has that special something that great field generals have. You want to please them; to earn their respect you want to be one of their guys; and if you become one you know you've earned it. This is what separates him from the Tom Coughlin type of hard *****.
