What moves would you guys like to see the boys make now that everyone's 53 man rosters are out? This is purely for fun as the team hardly ever does what fans want both good and bad. List the players you would want to add and those that would have to be cut with explanations.

QB Austin Davis I think he is a much better than Weeden. It will take time for him to learn the system though, but he is worth developing.

RB Christine Michael I would trade for this guy. Broadus brought a good point on the break. You trade for a potential starter not for someone to replace Dunbar. I would give up a 5th rounder to get this guy in a Cowboys uni and see what he could do. He also stated his desire to play for Dallas and I believe that players do better when they are able to play where they want to.

FB Henry Hynoksi He is much younger and better than Clutts. He also has the nickname Hynoserous, what's not to like? This guy doesn't just block, he destroys linebackers.

This means Dallas has to cut 3 players to get back down to the 53 limit.

Cut
RB Lance Dunbar. He has done next to nothing and I don't see that trend ending anytime soon, plus he always gets hurt. McFadden can do everything he does and is much bigger.

FB Clutts He blows and does not decleat anyone like Nate Newton stated. He is just a positional blocker and a TE could easily do what he does until the Hynoserous is ready.

S Danny McCray. He is only a special teamer. I would easily cut him and go light at safety as White and Jones are the emergency backups.

Austin Davis- the guy threw for 300+ against us and the eagles last year. He is able to avoid the rush and is somewhat of a playmaker.

I bring in Derrick Sherrod for a workout and see what he has- it may be nothing, but I thought he was really god before being injured- perhaps a position change. He could be really solid depth.

I keep the lines of communication open with the Browns on Terrence West and with the Seahawks on Christine Michael. Both of these guys have a ton of potential and will hardly be used by their respective teams. I keep offering a conditional 7th with the possibility of it being a 5th based on playing time.

I like Austin Davis I was very impressed with him last yr in week 3 against Dallas. I take him over Weeden anyday.
I'm so over Dunbar I wanna get rid of him. I would like C Micheal mainly due to his interest of playing with the Boys. His home town team might be the needed motivation.
I have to say as a runner I really think Randle is gonna surprise you folks in a good way. I think he rushes for 1,100 yrds. Take it to the bank.

The Rams cut quarterback Austin Davis as part of getting their roster to 53.

I'd be all over this guy

Southern Miss Stats

His final stats were: 933-1527 (61.1%) for 10,898 yards, 83 touchdowns against just 27 interceptions. He also ran the ball 460 times for 1,375 yards and 25 touchdowns. He also caught 2 passes for 25 yards and a touchdown. Davis accounted for 109 touchdowns in his four-year career.[20]

If any internet GM's ran this team, we would be 0-16 for the next 10 years....:muttley:....j/k, but some would get rid of half the team, because a player farted not to their liking.

I wouldn't mind Davis as the 3rd QB, but not to replace Weeden, not at this point. a matter of knowing the offense and playbook.
Guess we will continually get Christine Michaels ran down our throats like we did with AP coming here. If this guy was any better than what we have, he would already be here.....

Bring in a swing tackle for a look, yes, need to do that. At this point one will not be worse than Weems.
I always liked Hypnoski, that could be interesting. He would be good for short yardage and goal line situations. Can he catch out of the backfield as they seem to throw to Clutts sometimes.

Can I trade to get Jermey Parnell back?
