What makes you think Jerry will do anything Micah asks him to do?? We all know Jerry doesn't like anyone telling him what to do. BUT, I'll play along in this fantasy! LOL
He may tell Jerry to bring in some very good D-lineman to help him out so that it would free him to get more sacks. But, according to everyone here, he also wanted Mazi, so I'm not sure Micah has a great "eye" for talent.

1) 3-4 4-3 schemes don’t matter much. Teams are only in the “base” packages 15-20% of the game.
2) A 3-4 scheme would be awful for this team. We don’t have big enough DEs or DTs.
3) Micah would have to move to LB, he’s borderline to small as an edge in a 4-3 which is why teams run the ball right at him. In a 3-4 he’d be laughably too small.

1) It matters a lot, you scout different players. You need a different type of player for each scheme. Base is irrelevant.
2) See above some pieces are already there, more needed.
3) He's perfect for OLB in 3-4
