If you were Micah, what things would you say to Jerry at the Cotton Bowl?

In their meeting tonight during the game, what things do you want Micah to say to Jerry about the team going forwards. Put yourself in Micah's shoes, what would be your tone, would you be aggressive/demanding in your wants for this team, or would it be casual and low key???? Please give your thoughts on this!

Trade me because you have no idea how to build a SB winner you incompetent demented fool

What makes you think Jerry will do anything Micah asks him to do?? We all know Jerry doesn't like anyone telling him what to do. BUT, I'll play along in this fantasy! LOL
He may tell Jerry to bring in some very good D-lineman to help him out so that it would free him to get more sacks. But, according to everyone here, he also wanted Mazi, so I'm not sure Micah has a great "eye" for talent.
Jerry will do something because Parsons will call him out. Parsons has already said he is ready to sign and he wants to win.

will he really??? If he does, that would be SOOOO nice, but Jerry will probably make t-shirts on Micah's comments and make money out of it, only to say he loves Micah and Micah just wants to win, well damn it help him win Jerry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You ask a lot of questions.
He is like a damn fly that is always bothering you on a hot day...thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz, thoughts, buzz.

'Jerry-can we please transition to a 3-4 scheme'
1) 3-4 4-3 schemes don’t matter much. Teams are only in the “base” packages 15-20% of the game.
2) A 3-4 scheme would be awful for this team. We don’t have big enough DEs or DTs.
3) Micah would have to move to LB, he’s borderline to small as an edge in a 4-3 which is why teams run the ball right at him. In a 3-4 he’d be laughably too small.

Put some butte on his squirrel brains. He'd like that.

Say things like, "I get you. I really do. People still wonder what your interest was in Johnny Manziel. But I figured out a long time ago it was so you'd have a drinking buddy on the team. See? I DO GET YOU! I understand you like nobody else."

Trust me on this one.

1) It matters a lot, you scout different players. You need a different type of player for each scheme. Base is irrelevant.
2) See above some pieces are already there, more needed.
3) He's perfect for OLB in 3-4

Too bad they couldn't go to the old Cotton Bowl and get the ghost of Tom Landry involved.

lol At the idea that they are actually having a meeting and discussing things that will actual happen or important decisions that will affect the team
