Let's say that two competing NFL teams offered you, a player, a contract.

1. The Cowboys offer you $5 million.
2. The Eagles/Commanders/Giants/insert-hated-team offer you $10 million.

(apart from money, all other things in the contract are equal - length of time, conditions, etc.)

Which would you take?

I'll do what Romo did when offered a similar decision -- go with the Cowboys.

considering I think it is every cowboy fans (well boys atleast )dream to be a Dallas Cowboy I take the 5 mill. and be very happy.

$10M. Sorry. Cash rules everything around me, cream get the money, dollar dollar bills y'all.

I wouldn't play for the Racists for any price.

$10 million from the Cardinals. Gosh I hate even thinking that, but I am being honest.

I would rather play for the Cowboys, no doubt. But that much money cannot put blinders on me.

Dallas.

5 million is enough money for me and my family. Surround yourself with the right people and you can turn that 5 into 10 anyway.

I fill a lifelong dream and I'm rich in the end. I never had a dream to play for the Gnats, Iggles or Foreskins. My football dreams were all about the Dallas Cowboys, so to beat my body up for any other team would be a nightmare (10 million or not).

Playing for the Cowboys would more than compensate that extra 5 million.

I'd take 10 million for a chance to play with ANY NFL team.

Assuming that's the only football money I'd ever make, the latter. When you get around the $10 million mark, you're getting pretty close to "**" money.

I go to one of the other teams for $10 mil, play a year and show my worth,, then Jerry trades for me giving up two 1st round picks and increases my contract to $15 mil with guaranteed money.

:laugh2::lmao2::laugh1:,,,,,, :bang2:

How much of that 10 do you pay in taxes? What's the cost of living in DC?

These are questions that need to be answered.

I learned a long time ago not to make life decisions based on money.

I'd take the Cowboys' offer and never regret it. :starspin

Lets put this in terms that take the blind homer-ism out of the equation. Say Nieman Marcus offers you a sales position @ 10 bucks/hr and Wallmart offers one @ 20. Where are you going to work in the morning? This is a business decision thats why its called PROFESSIONAL football.......Good morning welcome to Wallmart

I'd take the 10 million and upgrade to Old Milwaukee.
