Where are all these holes that need to be filled? All we really need is a one pressure player. If you can apply pressure to the QB, there won't be able receivers going deep to test Roy Williams. Our defense was fine until we lost Ellis and then teams figured out how to expose that fact. Our ONLY problem was having depth at a QB pressure position.

How about not filling Norv's plate too much... if he is HC... then let him just be HC and not everything... alot of HC cant handle all of that.... just delegate.... thats all I want...

I think it speaks volumes that Jerry hasnt hired Norv yet, since Norv has made some "demands" to have some control. If Norv would've said "yes sir Jerry" in the interview to everything Jerry said the he'd be HC right now, IMHO. I think Jerry is really wrestling with giving Norv or any HC power.

as Rivera said today in his own words...people are too caught up in him being just a 4-3 guy and he is about the players and MOLDING a system to fit what the team has at the time

so I think a notion that hire Rivera and the 3-4 is gone is wrong...hell he even said he could see using the 3-4 or some modification depending on the players...thats smart coaching

Im not sure if Norv is actually going to be the guy...I kinda think he wont be...however if he came and Rivera was DC...then its obvious Turner would be ok with that
