This sounds about right, I think much of the iggle defensive success was due to Romo not being able to make them pay for keying on Murray. Is Romo healthy enough to win this game passing? If he is I can definitely see them winning with a 60-40 pass-run split. The coaches also need to get off this "we're going to run the exact same plays and pummel you into submission" mindset, if they are going to beat good defensive fronts they have to be nimble and mix it up when things are not working. They don't have the luxury of a good defense to lean on.
I think Philly will again jump out to an early double-digit lead, like they did on Thanksgiving. But this time the Cowboys might come back.
I think we need to force the ball to Dez. If he doesn't have a big day..we lose. Just throw it to Dez...........
First offensive play, Romo play action to... i'll go with Beasley.
You honestly believe the Cowboys will hold Philly to fewer points than Seattle? For your information the Cowboys haven't beaten anyone by 25 points or more since they beat Buffalo 44-7 during the 2011 season. I see no way the Cowboys defense holding an explosive offensive team like Philly to 13 points. Some can't just predict a win they have to go all out and predict a Cowboys blowout. A win is possible a 25 point blowout is virtually impossible. The Cowboys haven't shown they're capable of beating anyone this season by 25 points they don't have a killer instinct.
I have no faith in Mark Sanchez's long term success
I don't agree with this. It certainly contributed some, but that front is VERY good. I think people like to talk a lot about how great Wilson looked last week, but really they were harassing him a TON. What made him good is that he really bailed out against tough, tough situations several times in that game.

Except that those two truths are not mutually exclusive, they rank high in sacks and yet they are ranked 26th in pass defense,,,
There are some posters here who would tell you that a good front masks a weak secondary. I remember the cowboys of 4-5 yrs ago and these eagles.
NFL offenses are too good. They expose your weakest players, wherever they are. You have to be solid everywhere on defense, and then you need some exceptional players to win their matchups and cause havoc. On offense, since you're the one calling the plays, you can play to your strengths. On defense, you can't hide a bad CB and you can't hide a LB who can't cover or, as we see weekly, DEs who can't pressure the QB. (Although they did a nice job tonight).
